Good things happen when women lead.
We are here to make more of it happen.
Women founders do not just build businesses. They create employment, model possibility, and invest back into the communities they came from.
That ripple effect is real, and it is why this work matters.
Membership that gives back by design.
We are a women owned and operated business, and our purpose is to make AI and STEM a force for good.
That starts with honesty. AI has a bad reputation, and rightly so. We don't shy away from the hard conversations about this technology, and you can read more in our AI Risk Report.
It also means sharing what we build.
The Loralai Community fund is filled by membership itself. At least a tenth of what every member pays goes straight into it, set aside from the start rather than left over at the end of the year, to open doors into tech and entrepreneurship for young and underserved women and girls.
Where that money goes is not for Loralai to decide.
Each quarter, members put forward the causes and organisations they believe in, and the community votes. The funding follows.
It is a decentralised way of giving, governed by the same women who feed it.
You fund it. You choose where it goes.
We’re going places.
And we are not going alone.
As Loralai grows, so does the fund. Every woman who joins adds to what we can give back. Our ambitions are not defined by profit alone, but by the good that growth makes possible.
That is what business looks like when it lifts everyone around it.

Giving comes first, not last, and the women who fund it hold the vote.

Our Big Hairy Audacious Goal. 100,000 female founders who understand AI, use it on their own terms and have a say in what comes next.

The more you commit, the more we give. 10% of every monthly membership goes into the community fund. Annual members give 15% and lifetime members give 20%.
